Sea Turtle Peplum

This peplum is made out of gorgeously soft and vibrant custom cotton-lycra knit.  The bodice is fully lined and you can request sleeve length: short, 3/4, or long.  The skirt is a circle cut peplum length for maximum versatility.  If you'd like a dress-length garment, just reach out to me and I'll make a custom listing.  The additional cost for a dress is $8-10.
