This gorgeous twirl dress pays homage to Van Gogh's striking style, but with a bright almost neon twist.  It's made out of vibrant custom fabric and features a fully-lined bodice for extra comfort and durability, a full circle skirt, and deep in-seam pockets.  You can choose a traditional twirl dress with a closed back and sleeve options:  sleeveless, short, elbow, 3/4, or long sleeves.
